At UNIQRR, we strive to deliver your Ayurvedic, Unani, and Homeopathic products as quickly as possible. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.
🕒 Order Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
- You can request cancellation by emailing us at support@uniqrr.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched from our warehouse or after 24 hours of placement.
After this window, your order will already be processed for shipping and will not be eligible for cancellation.
💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved and your order is eligible:
- Your refund will be processed to the same payment method used during checkout.
- It may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
We make every effort to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process.
📦 After Dispatch Cancellations
Once the product is shipped or out for delivery, the cancellation request cannot be processed. In such cases, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy (if applicable) after receiving the order.
